"Made appointment for 830am to get an oil changed and bulbs replaced on drivers side. I was told they would get the bulbs while changing the oil. Dropped off car and walked to sister in laws house around the corner. Went back 1hr 1/2 later wasn’t done. Went ride with sister in law deliver a cake went back and waited. Got back gave them quite they gave to my sister in law a few days prior and he gave me a ticket that showed double of what the original quote was. Called my husband because it was double of what we was told.. I handed my phone to him so my husband could tell him what to do and confirm the cost of bulbs cause he was telling me that wasn’t right. After talking to my husband he came in and said sorry took so long and I said I have to leave at 12 regardless. About 15 minutes later he came and said you’re ready the tires back on. I left looked at my receipt when I got to Pets Smart to pick up dog no oil change was on there. That’s the main reason I went there. The sticker was the same sticker since November. Had my sister in law go ride there and ask if they changed it cause they don’t answer the phone or return messages. She confirmed it wasn’t changed. So I literally wasted my whole morning from 815-12 to get 2 bulbs changed in my mother in laws car. Lesson learned! Very Disappointed!"

"Went for an inspection sticker and was told that a old code was on the truck. Guy said to drive 60 miles before a new sticker could be put on. Went and drove 60+ Miles to have the same guy fail the truck again because the 60 miles was a lie to begin with. Never had this issue with any other place. Will be telling all friends and family about how this fiasco went. Do not recommend the guy was rude. Complete waste of time and gas to drive around, to get the run around ."
