"I’m writing this while I’m in line still My car has a headlight out (it’s getting fixed next week) and the young man with tattoos all over his arms was talking to the shorter guy they were talking about how they got the up sale products which is fine I wanted the service but to make fun of a customer’s car thinking the customer can’t hear them saying “tell her to get a new headlight “ I think imma keep my money at take 5 I been their loyal customer for years and wanted to try them out because I take my company truck to them I’m going to also switch where I take my company truck as well because bennys will no longer get a penny from me or the company I work for due to their poor customer service and rude comment (Update spoke to one of the managers all is well and taken care of )"

"We have used Benny's several years. Service is great, we have the ultimate cleaning plan, unlimited times per month. However, the prices fluctuate. Started out $24.99, then $29.99 and last month is was $31.99 and charged twice in one month. Then I get a message saying my plan did not renew. Card info incorrect. We have two vehicles supposedly coming out of the same account. We were being charged for both vehicles on two different cards. Not very happy at this point."

"I was there on a busy Sunday morning and the employees were very nice and kept things moving. That being said, the water in the prewash area looked more like mud than water. They do not have a floor mat cleaning machine. My last comment is due to the constraints of the size of the physical lot. Everything is a little crowded and the exit from the wash dumps you out where other people are trying to enter and exit. The problem is that if you want to use the vacuum stations you must cut through the exiting traffic and turn in front of entering traffic."
