"Picking up the phone to keep a customer updated seems like it's impossible to do now with salesmen but oh they quick to run that credit file or try to talk you into something you don't want. I guess it's the way of the business!!!! Customer Service is trash here until proven otherwise. Update: me and my co-signer credit has been ran and we would like and update on getting in the vehicle we inquired about. Even if we come up there the wait process would be even more horrible since the walk-in traffic is that much. Hence why we did it over the phone to prevent us coming up there to waste time we can't get back. Those workers get paid to be up there, we dont."
