Today nails & spa

"Went in for a full set and pedicure. Pedicure was great, lady was sweet. The man working that did my nails, was absolutely horrible. He made me pick a different color than what I originally chose. He was so extremely rude. . At one point he actually got up, shoved my chair forward and rolled over my flip flop so my foot was stuck under the chair. He kept pulling my hands instead of just asking me to scoot up, or whatever he needed me to do. I accidentally bent my finger while he was filing and he started huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes. I ended up leaving before he even finished. I have never been in a place of business and received a service I am paying for, from someone so rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.. I also paid full price for an incomplete service and did not leave a tip. He yelled very loudly for me to have a good day sarcastically as I was leaving."

"My daughter and I came in yesterday. I was so excited to bring her to the new nail salon by my house, as I have gone there many times and was always very pleased. While I was getting a pedicure with Jimmy, my daughter was trying to find the right color, for her nails and I guess Jason became impatient with her. But, there was nobody else in there, to be waited on, at that time. So, I am not sure why he was being so impatient. She did not take more than 8-10 minutes trying to find the right color. But, by that time he was already mad. Then when she told him that her nails were a bit uneven, he took them off, in a huff, and told her to leave and never come back. I had no idea that he is prone to treating his first time customers, like my daughter, so poorly. Maybe that is the reason he didn't have any business when we walked in. Part of getting a service like this is the experience....walking out feeling better and more calm. We definitely did not get that experience here. That attitude was not acceptable, especially when she didn't do anything wrong. I was going to get my nails done, too. But, he made it so uncomfortable that we just went somewhere else. The other place was very nice and actually took their time to get just what she wanted. Jason, I have been using you since you opened your business but I won't be back, after you treated my daughter so poorly. Also, I saw your reply to her. Do not tell her to watch her mouth. She is free to speak about her experience, just as all of us are. Your true colors are showing and you owe her an apology. I saw that you took my post off of your page. It is very obvious that you only keep the positive posts, on your page which defeats the purpose of an honest review."

"I went in to get a full set and showed the guy a picture of what I wanted. He couldn’t get the colors that I wanted right and told me to pick something different out which isn’t what I wanted. I told him I would though, then he went to shape my nails and they came out crooked. I told him they looked crooked and he told me he would take them off and that I need to go somewhere else and that I was never welcome there again."

"I gave this place a 2 star for a few reasons..#1 the staff wasn't all that friendly. The guy who done our nails was huffing and puffing the whole time. #2 I showed him a picture of what we wanted and he didn't even do what we wanted. I showed him the picture 5 times and he only looked once, then done what he wanted.. # 3my bestie and I was suppose to have matching nails but instead he did 2 totally different designs. We wanted a feather but ended up with 2, completely different flowers..#4 although the price wasn't too bad I would have much rather got what I asked for for $104.00. I will not be going back I should have went to orange like I wanted to.."
