"I recently had repairs (headlight, bumper and fender) done on my car there. Only complaint I have with this repair shop is that I received my car with a broken headlight switch. I picked the car up during the day so no need for lights but noticed the lights not working properly the next morning. Brought the car back to the shop later that day and had them look it over. The shop was unable to fix the problem and sent me to the local dealership to have them diagnose the issue. Result was broken headlight switch costing $400 and the body shop telling me that the switch had nothing to do with the repairs and is a common part to break??? My car has(or did have) auto headlights so no real need to mess with the headlight switch unless you want to manually turn on and off the headlights. I agree the headlight switch had nothing to do with the reason for bringing the car to the shop but it is directly related to the headlights which was repaired. I’m not saying someone broke it intentionally, I just know it wasn’t broken before."
