"I was involved in an accident on January 24th of 2022 that cause significant damage to the passenger side of my truck. I decided to take it to All Star Chevrolet since they were a State Farm Select Shop. Their collision center wrote up an estimate to repair and replace almost the entire passenger side of the vehicle. In March, I received a phone call from them saying that my truck would be ready in a few days. A few days came and went, so I called up there. They told me that it would be another week. Then telling me that the truck would be ready in another week went on until June 3rd. They finally had my truck ready. The very next day my wife noticed several plastic interior parts that were still damaged from the accident, so I took it back up there and the ordered the parts. Then, a few weeks later, I noticed some exterior plastic parts that were missing. They ordered those parts and installed them. A few days later, I noticed a few more pieces, but I decided to order those myself because I was tired of having to schedule an appointment to go back. In February of 2023, I noticed my truck making different noises than I was used to, so I took it to Royal Buick GMC to look at it. They advised my that my truck had a lot of incorrect repairs made, repairs that weren’t attempted to be made, and damages caused by repairs. I let State Farm know about this and they agreed. Once my truck was evaluated by a different shop, State Farm made the decision to total my truck because of the poor repair work."

"By far the worse collision center ever. The Christian guys tells me my tailgate was in and thr Yolanda lady sets up my appointment for the 8th I drop my truck off only to find out some type of way my assignment is not in system for some odd reason. So why not inform me the day you set an appointment for me to drop my truck off Assignment was sent multiple times the day I dropped it off again and My state farm agent tells me y'all have a tech issue and I came up here Friday to find out that y'all didn't even contact your tech guys to fix the problem and they say my Assignment was closed out under an A Herbert name. So that tells me my tailgate was in but somebody else in their shop gave it to their friend or something. So you need to check that. They gave me an estimate of Thursday so I will see"

"I would not recommend this place to anyone alive or otherwise. I’m a very honest/fair person and I was lied to multiple times over about my vehicle. I was given the runaround for several weeks. My insurance company even had to call them to get details for me because they lied about a supplement not going through form my insurance company via email, which was untrue, because this particular worker never even sent it until a month and a half after was car was just sitting back there. Plus I was disrespected and yelled at over the phone for trying to check on my vehicle which they should have been trying to do by reacheing out to me and keeping me updated as the customer, which never happened. Bottom line if you don’t have the proper help to fix the vehicles don’t take on the customers, because it’s just going to inconvenience your customers and it’s gonna also make your business look bad/poor. I felt like I needed compensation for my troubles honestly. This whole situation was so unfair, and poorly handled. #Never again #rating0"

"I can say the work they did on my truck came out great. I would have given 5 stars but there was no communication unless I called and it took forever to get it fixed. Great quality if work though."
