We appreciate your choice in choosing us and look forward to pampering you. Please ensure you read all the important details before booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, an additional $20 fee will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount.

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, with deposits being non-refundable. For same-day cancellations, 50% of the service cost will be charged.

You are allowed two reschedules, with each reschedule requiring a new deposit at least 48 hours before your appointment. Two no-shows will result in being unable to book again.

For lash refills, a minimum of 40% of lashes must be left. Anything more will result in being charged for a full set. Squeeze-ins and Saturday 7am appointments will incur an extra $40 fee.
