She told the driver where to drop the trailer and got us into the shop quickly. The mechanics (Mike and another mechanic) started on it quickly and found the issue right away. "This place is great my trailer door was broken by the shipper and I had to get it fixed but it was the weekend but come Monday morning they told me to come to the shop and they got me squared away the tech Brandon had me back up and rolling in no time and the owner Brian kept in touch with me over the weekend and made sure I would get handled on Monday since we couldn’t do anything over the weekend."

"Man man man when I tell you this business is about their business I’m telling the truth! I broke down on Choctaw in my 18 wheeler right in the middle of the street and it took them no time to get to me. Unlike how it takes hours for other services to come even when they’re a mile away. I was able to get my truck fixed within a few hours and was still able to deliver my load the same day all before 1:00pm all this happened in the matter of about 4 hours and about an hour of that time was me waiting for my load to be taken off the truck to allow Johnathan to finish the repair work! He was so knowledgeable and dedicated to getting me off the road. Straight to the point! I say this for every trucker that comes anywhere near Baton Rouge! If you’re ever in a mechanical bind call Premier Fleet Services! No matter what time it is they are 24 hours of Semi service! You most likely won’t have to wait for the truck stop to get to you the next day after 7 trucks ahead of you I bet you that!"
