"Hi I cannot say how grateful I am to Mike for helping me out, to say i was desperate is an understatement!! I live in Gonzales and had taken my vehicle to a very popular repair shop in town, because I had a major leak in my transmission. They informed me that the leak was internal at the pump seals and that I needed to overhaul the whole transmission for a good price of $2,600.00. I panicked and told them I need to pick it up as I didn't have have that kind of money, being on a fixed disability income. They charged me $150 just for that diagnosis. I immediately started calling around and I was fortunate to reach Transmission Service Connection and spoke to Mike in a panicked voice, explaining the problem. Mike said he could check it for me for no charge. I felt at that stage I had nothing to lose. I had my truck towed to Mike. The very next day Mike called and said, he had found the reason for the leak, he said, it was a busted transmission hose on the outside. I asked him how much it would cost me. He said around $ 77.00. I could not believe my ears, i cannot describe the joy and relief I felt at that moment!! Mike could have easily said that I needed to have my transmission overhauled like the last place in Gonzales but he was so HONEST. It is so hard to find people like Mike, in this time and age! I am so indebted to Mike and I can never thank him enough. He also agreed to help me out by changing the alternator so that I could drive my truck out of there, as it too had gone out. And all I can do, is say a prayer and sent positive thoughts that God will reward Mike. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to Transmission Service Connection. And if anyone wants to contact me because they are still not convinced, Mike has my number and he has my permission to give it out. I have never been too much of a religious person, but you know what they say, that sometimes in your darkest moments, God sends you an angel.
