"I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase or get a vehicle service here. my vehicle was service here I was told it was ready for pu as i was driving home vehicle was shaking and rattling louid noise I called service department they told me to bring vehicle back the next morning I did manager came out and said some bolts was missing from my motor they didn't screw back in also no car covering that protects underneath my engine. I cant post this comment unless I give a star"

"I brought in my '21 JEEP Gladiator for a recall issue after receiving a notice in the mail. They had to "reprogram" something. They were very professional, very quick about getting it done, and took care of the issue. Kayla was great. Very happy with the service Department."

"Worst customer service ever. I didn’t start calling until 2months have gone by with no registration or plates. My Initial call was the only call actually answered. Ever since my calls were screened, and ignored. (To his credit he did eventually text back a few hours later). It took 6 MONTHS to get my vehicles plates. Rejected twice by dmv due to their faulty paperwork. Then paperwork was admittedly neglected and left on office desk of dealership for a month. My temp tag long expired, yet no expediting was put forth. In fact I had to call weekly to remind them of the situation, at which point I was lied to me multiple times on the delivery of item and repeatedly failed to give me verification of tracking. There was also an up charge of $1k for poorly explained interior/paint protection plan which is “mandatory”upon purchase. I was told any dealership would cover as I lived out of state. Evidentally, you can only return your car to this “efficient” place to have them repair such instances. The dealer knew I was out of state, still made me buy it. After the 6months headache of trying to get my plates I decided I would atleast ask for this refund. I was told it’s only good at their location and “it’s not our fault you moved”. I had bought the car and had them register it in NY.... this protection plan is deemed useless for anyone out of state. And regardless, I wouldn’t trust their competence and speed to any repairs. Problems happen, paperwork isn’t always perfect, and I understand some issues are out of their hand (I get when it’s turned into dmv it’s gonna take a month minimum). But it’s the lack of care, urgency, sympathy, and simple neglect of customer service that earned them 1 star (zero if I could). UPDATE: on top of that the certified warranty didn’t cover the now $1400 faulty TIPM, wouldn’t start and had to tow it to a local jeep dealership. A jeep with less than 20k miles, certified…. Shouldn’t have a fluke $1400 repair within 6 months of purchase."
