"I had brought my car in about a year and a half ago because it was near totaled. I remember the employees begging very kind and helpful while my car was being repaired. The replacements and repairs that were made were done well, however, they missed quite a few things. I recently got my vehicle appraised for a trade-in. The appraiser valued my car a lot lower than I was expecting. When I asked why, he went and pointed at missing parts under my driver’s seat, cigarette burn marks on my center console (that was supposed to be replaced), hard wires poking in my passenger seat, and a cut on the lining of the passenger door. Like I said, they were nice and did well on some things. But when you mess with the value of my car and lower it’s worth by a few thousand dollars when you’re supposed to bring it back up to market price, it’s a bit disappointing."

"I have used a couple other very well-known body shops. However, I have never been as pleased with any of them nearly as much as I have been with J&S. The staff is very friendly and down to earth, and their quality of work is superb. I have never had to go back in for them to redo or correct any missed problems. I have referred others to them, who have also been equally as pleased. And, as an added (and very loved and invited) perk, they clean and detail your car to the quality of what you'd expect to see on a showroom floor. They do good work and the owner is one of the nicest people you ever want to meet. Plus they have a notary onsite which is a huge plus!
