They provide a service like it used to be, especially for this day in age, so many have forgotten how to be nice. Although we could not specifically replicate a problem I was having in order for them to properly diagnose it, I was so incredibly thankful that they were honest about that. "This is a super reliable and consistent mechanic shop. There are always cars coming and going because they do an amazing job. The things to me that I appreciate and what sets them apart is communication. They are very good at letting you know exactly what is involved in repairing your vehicle. Also, something as simple as letting you know when your car will be ready and when it is. Many shops just don't communicate well but L&S does. I can highly recommend this shop for your auto repair needs. They are easy to work with, quick and fair. I've had my car towed in, dropped off no issues ever and they are really nice people. They close early on Friday "most of the time"."
