"I showed the nail tech a design that I wanted and she did an okay job. My nails were very thick from all of the acrylic that was layered on. There was so much acrylic on my nails that my cuticles were covered in acrylic. The nails could have been shaped better as well."

"The end result was coo but the service and the time it took could definitely use improvement. I spent 3 hours just trying to get a full set and padi. Thank God I had the time and needed to get my nails taken care of. Also I asked a simple question..."Are you going to file down the back of the nail?" That got me an attitude from the nail tech saying he's done this for 17 years and he knows what he's doing! Thanks for making my nails look good however I will NOT be back given the service and the chunk of my day now gone!"
