"I'm so pissed! Just got home from Sally's where I was so humiliated that I am in shock. Where the rudest employee in there accused me of stealing nail polish. She asked me to step away from the register and asked if I had nail polish in my purse. Of course I did. Thank goodness it was OPI Liquid Sand and they don't carry that. Now mind you she didn't ask me to come to the back. So in front of everyone and my children I had to pull open my purse for this woman to see that I was not stealing. And when I was done she said, Ok. No I'm sorry, no nothing. I shop there ALL the time and these people see my face on a regular basis. I have at least 400 bottles of nail polish at home and most of them have been ordered over the internet. I have more than they do! I'll continue to order over the internet and order my hair products online as well. I know she has a job to do but what made it so bad was that my children were right there. She didn't pull me to the back, she didn't even bother to apologize. I guess she was mad because I asked her about Jojoba Oil and she pronounced it wrong and I never changed the way I said it and she seemed like she had an attitude. It's pronounced - Hah-Ho-Bah not Jo-Jo-Bah. But either way Sally's Beauty Supply will never get my money again."
