"This is the worst towing company in ever! Had a blowout on Thanksgiving Had insurance company set up appointment to be towed @ 8 am the day after. Was told that they would contact me. No call from them. Called them @ 752 am to let them know I was on my way to the vehicle. They told someone was on the way and reminded me that it wasn’t 8am. (Sarcasm) Called back @8:31 and was told “I was just about to dispatch you a driver.” That he was close to me. So this time I called the insurance company back and they called the towing company this time, My insurance company informed me that I would get a call from CiCi who has been dispatching all morning It’s now 9:15 and I’m finally get a spare put on so I can drive to a tire shop to get a new tire! So not happy"

"Had a work van towed this morning, don’t take em long to get there, rode to the mechanic shop with em, total cool dude, we pulled in the shop was packed , i get out go inside to see were to drop at, to me it didn’t look like it was was gonna fit, but the driver said oh i got this and sure enough dropped it and made it look easy.
