"They couldn’t change my oil because a couple screws were too tight and they were worried about stripping them. That was fine. I understood because it is a brand new car and would be its first oil change. The problem is THEY LEFT THE OIL CAP OFF! I brought it to Honda and they opened it up to find the oil cap sitting in my engine bay with oil all over the place! Not happy! To forget something so simple as to put the oil cap back on ?! Come on! My husband went over there to speak to them and said the lady at the counter was rude and rushing him away like it wasn’t a big deal!"
