"I had an appointment on line for 2:00 pm on a Saturday, it says will close at 4:00 pm . I make it to Gretna location at 1:37pm on time. Guess what ? It was closed. Bad information online page and email confirmation. Do not waist your timr going there. If begin bad it finish worst."

"10/10 don't recommend ! the doctor always reschedules patients and times are always moved up so the staff and doctor can leave early , my child's appointment has been r/s and moved up multiple times without informing me and sometimes without being informed you pull up to the office with a note on the door that the doctor left early for a " family emergency" almost EVERY FRIDAY . the staff is rude and none of them like their job . i received a vm the other day of a man saying "hm" from taylor dental and then just hanging up the phone. when i returned the call answer service couldnt even tell me who called and what for besides just confirming my appointment that was scheduled for today at 11am and when speaking to them they tell me the appointment was moved to 10am and he cannot be seen today again after being checked out of school !!!! the appointment was made through answer service when my appointment was 2 weeks ago and rescheduled to an earlier time due to the doctor needing to leave early THEN when we get there they had a note on the door stating the dr left for an emergency ... and was set up for today at 11 and apparently they cant do fillings at that time and answering service "did not know" but again no one called and informed me about it and if answering service don't know how scheduling works they should not be scheduling appointments !!!!!!"

"I usually have nice things to say about the staff. My Godson never complains.. assistants are all nice and answer questions and concerns. Front desk is okay, have never personally had any problems but I’ve witnessed incidents with others. I have NEVER been able to meet the Doctor. The last two or three appointments I’ve brought my Godson to, they have moved my appointment up earlier than what was schedule. This time today… they moved it up a few days ago and last minutely texted right before I pulled up to the appointment with an excuse of Doctor leaving for the day and never came back. Hard to say if it was actually an emergency or an excuse to cancel and leave early. My child was checked out of school for no reason and now is going to have to be checked out AGAIN on another date. I do understand emergencies happen but all of these incidents seem to be WAY too convenient and as though they just want to leave earlier than the hours they schedule/advertise."

"Do not go here. My son had Braces put on right before his 6mo check up then when he goes to the 6mo checkup they says he need a root Canal and he has cavities. Like they should have recommended the exams 1st. A waist of money and time. The money I'm paying for Braces could have went on the crowns he will need after the root canal."

And they Cancel My mom&my sister appointment right there in the office . because they JUST notice that the system only took 1which was me , “i was like dats fine, but can yall do my mom” They said yes , So After They call her in and Told her , They was not going to serve her because she needed a(DEEP CLEANING) and that they dont do that There . mind you we was there for like 3 HOURS . They are UNPROFESSIONAL , No Good communication , Playing with people TIME. In top of that They are charging my sister 21$ , we asked what was that for , THEY say that DONT KNOW WHAT the 21$ are for … The KIDS go by themselves , If you are a parent Me personally i want to know what they are doing to my child teeth . and not just paying just to pay,"
