"Dr. Axelrad has been my kids dentist for 8 years. She's been amazing and patient with them and they actually enjoy and look forward to their appointments. We recently had a situation where we needed to be seen that day and Dr. Axelrad went above and beyond and met with us at 4:30pm on a Friday to make sure we were taken care of and didnt have to go throught the weekend in pain. She even checked in on us over the weekend to make sure the symptoms were getting better. I cannot recommend her enough. She's an excellent doctor and genuinely cares for her patients."

"Seems like the other reviews had more going on, then stated because I’ve been going here for a couple years now, and have never had anything but glowing reviews for them! They are so professional, and above and beyond they are next level kind! They are so accommodating! I broke my arm, and today is my child’s appointment. Yet they are completely wonderful about allowing her auntie to take her to this appointment! Something seems off with the other reviews. On the off chance that pigs fly today and my daughter has a bad experience, I will edit my post but it hasn’t happened in the past couple years so I don’t see you today being different."

"DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! Their only concern is money! They have no understanding or empathy!!! I rescheduled 2 appointments for my daughter because my mom was dying in the hospital & she ultimately passed & now I’m informed of being put on a same day appointment list because we missed 2 appointments which I called beforehand & let the receptionist know. Ridiculous!!!"

"I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. My child developed an abscess on a tooth that had trauma previously. I called this morning to have him seen and was DENIED treatment. My family is seen at my previous practice..I am currently a stay at home mom. My child is four years old and when I called this morning with the request to have him seen for this infection, the receptionist asked me if he would be a long-term patient at the office and I told her that he is seen at my office, but I would like for him to be treated here. I was told that they WOULD NOT see him. I am at a loss! And needless to say, very disappointed in my dental community. My older child was seen here for an emergency and I was very happy with Dr Axelrad. But, I will have to find someone else to treat my other child's ACTIVE infection!"
