"Everyone was very nice. Wait time wasn't bad . The office was clean . My son was happy with this Dentist and Staff over the previous place .."
"Whoever answers the phone or schedules appointments has the worst attitude I've ever encountered. Every time I tried to speak I could not complete a sentence without her cutting me off. I decided to schedule somewhere else. I refuse to set foot in that place if that's the type of person I have to deal with. Do better Smile Bright."
"As soon as I entered the door the receptionist was already giving me an attitude. It was too early in the morning for that. Do not recommend. Horrible staff."
"Today was my daughter’s second visit to the dentist, the hygienist was not warm or welcoming from the moment she called my daughter’s name. My 3.5 year old was scared, and nervous to lay back in the chair, the hygienist told me I basically had two choices: hold my daughter down or not get a cleaning. I explained that I have dental anxiety stemming from my treatment as a kid, and I don’t want that for my daughter, I asked for advice on what to do. She told me kids get smart and that if she sees that her crying allows her not to get her teeth cleaned that she’ll learn to do that. So basically telling me to hold her down and get it over with. I reluctantly held my daughter in my lap and restrained her while she screamed and cried while they cleaned her teeth. The hygienist told us loudly that next time my daughter would need to go to the quiet room because she was so loud. After they cleaned her teeth the hygienist walked away and my daughter (very respectfully) played with the animal toys on the desk. When the hygienist returned she scolded my daughter “don’t touch those! Those aren’t for you! You’ll get a toy in your bag!” And then she put them all back, like, they’re toys! It was the one thing that brought my daughter comfort after being afraid. The dentist came to examine her teeth and she got afraid again. The dentist told her “you can’t go to the aquarium (I’d mentioned that was where we were going after) if you sit on the floor like that!” Like don’t scold my daughter! Other than that the dentist was nice, and had my daughter sing her ABCs while she checked her teeth. For those of you who don’t have your own dental anxiety, or kids who aren’t afraid this will sound a little extreme, but we are paying for a service, and I just expected a pediatric dental office to be a little more comforting and understanding of a toddler who is afraid! We will not be back, we will find someone more understanding and compassionate."
"They are very good with my daughter and do a great job. I was worried I may be late because my daughter had to have her braces removed prior to her cleaning and we would be cutting it close. They said if I called to keep them updated that it would all be fine if I were late."
