"She left us while we were waiting the waiting room I never bash companies and never doctors, but this one and the entity she is a “contractor endodontist” for deserves this wholeheartedly. Kaylie McDaniels at Modern Dentistry screwed me and wasted my time!!!! We had a 430 appt. Received a text at 1230 changing it to 230. I called to confirm the text with the wrong time, was placed on hold then was disconnected. Then was able confirmed the appt was bumped up; not an error. I arrived and was told the consultation wasn’t covered. But previously was told it was covered. But apparently the doctor likes to use a code that isn’t covered. After navigating all of that and the clerk asking if I am going to do the visit; I said “yes, Just trying to see if insurance will pay.” I lost the insurance battle went to pay and apparently the doctor left. It was 3pm by this time. She left with a patient in the waiting room!!!!!! Who does that???? “God, please help me find an endodontist who doesn’t think she is above all others. I have no patience not time for this kind of bologna.”"
