"I rented a car at the National Lake Charles LA Airport a few weeks ago with a round trip price of $269. My travel plans changed and I had the drop the vehicle in Alexandria LA. I was charged $439 for dropping it at another location. I understand that so when I did it again this week I was Charged $710!!! I complained at the National return location and they said I have to take it up with the location I rented from. I tried to call the location and it’s a National number. The representative that took my call said there is not a number he can give me for that location that he could call and try to get it reduced. He put me on hold and came back and gave me som BS about airport taxes being higher. He said if I wanted to take it up with them I could. I asked for the phone number and he told me I had to go there in person. I was trying to tell him I don’t even live in Louisiana and he hung up on me. I rent a car from National every week! Time to rethink that!!!!!!!! If this is how they treat an Executive Elite customer I wonder how people with no status get treated!!!"
