"just terrible!. I scheduled an appointment a while ago that we could not even attend until march because they were so booked out apparently for adults. then receive a call today that now apparently they don't see new patient, they don't see adults in the afternoon, and depends on what insurance we have... to clarify All of this was fine and confirmed at the time of scheduling because the person even contacted this location to confirm taking new, seen in afternoon on which days of the week, and that they took our policy. So now all this time has passed and been wasted and will have to try and find appointments elsewhere which everywhere has wait list these days and both me and my spouse actually needed more than a cleaning!. don't bother wasting time here they just cannot get it together!"

"I'm giving this a 1 until I hear back from corporate then it might change depending on the outcome. I scheduled my appt in Oct 2023 and because there was a waitlist I was scheduled for Jan 23, 2024 @9am. When I arrived to my appt the first receptionist I didnt catch her name but was polite and trying to help me. The office manager Nicole is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me "you're not supposed to be here" I said "excuse me?" Nicole proceeds to say "someone called you and told you that your appt was canceled" i said "I promise you no one called me yesterday and I have no problem showing you my call log." I literally showed her my call log with no phone calls from Taylor Denistry. She then proceeds to tell me "someone scheduled you incorrectly and you shouldnt have been scheduled because there is a waitlist of over 100 ppl because there are only supposed to be 2 adults seen by the hygienist a day" at this point I'm confused because why was I scheduled if this was the case so I said "so are you asking me to leave?" She says "no I'm just telling you that there's going to be a wait" "I said how when I have an appt scheduled for 9am" she said "because you shouldn't have been scheduled." So I asked "well do you have any recommendations for another dentist then since you guys dont want to see me today or that there's going to be an extremely long wait?" "She said "no one really takes your insurance" "like ma'am I'm not understanding what's happeneing right now like why are you talking to me the way that you're talking to me and why are you telling me all this stuff?" "This is how I tell everyone what they need" "maam but you're not telling me things that are relevant to my appt. Do you want me here or not?" She tells me "well you're lucky there was a cancelation this morning" i said "so what was the purpose of telling me all of that to tell me there was a cancelation?" She ignores this question and says "I'll just need to get your information" There was a lot more to the conversation I just hit the key points. My son went to one appt when it was Kool smiles in Gretna but because he has a severe heart condition they needed his paperwork and we ended up not staying because they said they never got it. This woman proceeds to place me in the system as a male with pronouns of "she, her, hers" being funny. So unprofessional. I am a grown WOMAN born a WOMAN and never been treated so unprofessionally. When I went to the back the young lady that did my x-rays very nice and professional, Dr. Barnes awesome and the hygienist Kathy above and beyond the young lady that checked me out was awesome as well. Only reason I'm coming back. But Nicole to be an Office Manager with her poor professionalism and rudeness is enough to make someone change their mind on coming back. It was also mentioned by a few employees that Nicole is a nightmare and that they have to deal with it on a daily basis. Not mentioning any names nor was it any of the ladies I mentioned above... Nicole needs to be removed from the location that's why they are rated 2.6 is because of her. If you look back the majority of the complaints are from scheduling which is what she deals with. Waiting on a call back from corporate to see how they will rectify this issue."

"My wife brought our children to get an examination and cleaning today. The place is ratchet. It reeks of marijuana and b.o. The girls at the desk are rude and unaccommodating. They waited an hour after their appointment time. The desk clerk wouldn't let me wife go in the examination room with with our young daughter. My wife pulled her out because she waited another 30 minutes in the back with no service. The desk clerk tried to make my wife sign a paper that services were performed and she didn't sign. After which the desk girl became rude and basically told her "Bye, leave." Need to find a new dental clinic. ."

"I was gonna leave not even one star, but one star was the least option so I’m giving one star to this dental office. I took my kids to this office today. Our appointment was already fixed but they changed it last minute this morning and I confirmed it but they said that they texted and called me and left voicemails to tell me that my appointment was canceled which I didn’t receive, and as soon as I entered the office, they demanded to see my text messages and my call list and my voicemail list to see it was if I was trying to ignore their Messages and then they accused me of blocking their number which I don’t know how it came to their mind it’s so unethical . On top of that they had the nerve to tell me that I blocked their number and they made me check my blocked numbers list to see if they’re in office number was in there and they canceled two of my kids appointment and they gave appointment to one of my kids. My five year old girl was left all alone by self and attended with nobody inside the office. she was crying. Didn’t let me go in and they were not letting her out even though she was done with her appointment she was sitting there for good 20 to 25 minutes crying and unattended . I literally had to call my husband to the office to make them tell to bring my kid out and when he told them to bring our daughter out then they finally got her out by then my daughter was crying and very upset . DONOT TAKE YOUR KIDS here ."

"I don't recommend getting braces at Taylor. They canceled my daughter's appointment without notice. No email or no phone call- She waited for over a month to have a day to see both the cleaning team and an orthodontist. I was told she'd need a cleaning and after they'd install the braces. This is definitely not what happened. She was so excited about braces! Taylor and the team that does that braces aren't the same. The 'braces' team are a 'traveling' team."
