"I was referred here by "Babin Dental Care". Each time I called here, I receive a nasty attitude from his receptionist. It's rather funny because she was nice when my dentist first referred me here. Yet, my calls after that have involved her having a bad attitude and rudely hanging up on me due to simply inquiring about payment options for a procedure. If you have a patient who is willing to inquire about finance options [in a courteous manner], then she should reciprocate in a likewise manner rather than be hostile for no apparent reason and rudely hanging up on people. She has done this on two different occasions. That said, this clearly shows that professionalism isn't highly prioritized among the staff here. On the other hand, Dr. Toca seemed nice in terms of my first meeting with him. Unfortunately, however, my main dilemma is my experiences with his receptionist. Such experiences only taint this place's credibility for offering professional and exceptional service."
