"09-30-2023 Update: So after only 9 months and paying $6,000 for my paint job, the paint is now peeling and flaking because the paint was not coated correctly. I waited 2 months with zero communication regarding an update on my vehicle, paid $6,000 for a p***poor paint job, and received the worst customer service imaginable from this place, BUYER BEWARE! 5-05-23 update: Further proof of how unscrupulousness this business is: the owner his removed all websites that his business can be reviewed on, but Google reviews, because he has not control over those reviews. Stay FAR, FAR, FAR a way from these lying, conniving, and unscrupulous place and it's owner! His SHOP damaged my OEM equivalent upgraded headlights and NOW WANT ME TO FIND THE PART TO FIX IT!! I noticed intitilally that my headlights were flushed on the end when they shouldn't have been but because it took Gonzo 2 months and $6,000 later I waited to fully evaluate the headlights. If you want headaches then take your vehicle to Gonzos and you'll have just that! Headaches, lies, no communication, p**spoor service, then this place is where I recommend! **Let me start by saying that I went to this collision shop because of the raving reviews I saw on Google and because they were open on Saturday. I came here also after having experienced a terrible situation with Wallace Body Shop- please see the review for this shop on Google for more details. Gonzo came off as a well-established and together small business owner BUT it appears that I was extremely misled thinking this. My truck was there for a complete paint job and it's now week 5 and my truck is still not repainted and looks like it did when I dropped it off. The workers have no information on anything and just say that they are waiting on Gonzo to tell them what to do while Gonzo is nowhere to be found and I have left 3 messages and he has not returned 1 phone call!! It's been one excuse after another! He claims the sprayer was down but if that was the case he should have called in a professional and had it repaired instead of playing handyman himself and further delaying the painting of my vehicle and others. Stay far, far, far away from this unorganized and unprofessional place and don't go near Wallace Paint and Body either! This whole situation has caused me GREAT heartache and trauma! Update: Gonzo's has now had my truck for 6 weeks and JUST NOW STARTED painting it!! 6 weeks!! Gonzo is never there and the employees CANNOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS without his guidance. Do not waste your time at this 'paint shop'. There's no way that it should have take 6 weeks TO START painting my truck!!! BEYOND LIVID IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT TO DESCRIBE how I feel right now! This seasoned business owner has given me ZERO updates on my truck THEN He tried to gaslight me after I went to his office on week seven to find out why he hadn't contacted me about my vehicle. GONZO TAKES ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY foe his failure to communicate and deliver services in a timely manner."
