5 Star Nails

"This place is really kind. Theycare quick at what they do and very creative. Please take advantage of telling the manager if you nails aren't 100% what you wanted, and she will make sure you are taken care off. "Well shouldn't a professional nail salon not have mistakes or issues?" This salon has some trainees that try their best as they work on your nails but they are trainees. Speak up and she will coach them and make your nails right the first time, don't wait until it's too late and they'll have to do it over. The manager asked me if I wanted to have mine redone completely simply because of the wrong top coat and that was very kind. Great management, hard working employees. Oh and their products last so long on your nails. I went three months with an acrylic set without them every budging to come off. I just kept filing them down and eventually had to soak them off. Great products!"

"I got my feet and nails yesterday. The pedicure was amazing, but those nails are very trash. I could have done it myself and probably look a lot better. I asked to get my nails the same color as my feet so they could match. They didn’t follow directions, they I had to say something three times and it still wasn’t the same color as my toes and I already told him what color it was so at that point I'm mad I didn’t want to get my nails finished but I was already in, too deep, so I just got them white and they’re all different sizes very bulky, and I still see part of the nail that was never covered"

"The service from here was NOT IT! Me and my friend came in on a late Friday to get our toes done these 2 women were talking about my friend’s toes and we’re being really rough with the pedicure and rushing the process. It really seemed like they did not want to be there working when there was literally no one there before we came in. You would think they would’ve been a little more eager to work when there’s no customers there. Then the manager walks around the store with no shoes on very unsanitary especially with customers in the store."

"I don’t know how to feel about the service. This one lady who did me and my grandmother’s nails did a really good job, but when this other lady did my aunt’s nails, she did a horrible job. My aunt was asking her to fix things over and over but she didn’t seem to listen. Every time I come there it feels like they’re talking about customers and laughing at our nails before they start. I may come again but they should try to listen to customers more. Also before I got my nails done, they made me wait and they did another lady’s nails that came in at least 10 minutes AFTER me. I’m horribly tired of nail techs doing this. Please ask the person if they want there nails done when they’re sitting in the seat and don’t be so rude and do the person that came in after them nails."
