"Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The young lady who greeted me at the front desk...I believe her name is Taylor introduced herself and shook my hand. The wait was about 5 minutes, and Kitty came out to lead me into the examining room as she introduced herself to me. Kitty also shared that she knew me through her cousin (Maureen) one of my best friends. We chatted a little bit...and I felt very comfortable. Shortly after that Dr Melanie came in. It was like old home week. Very professional yet friendly. We talked a little then got into why I was here. After aabrief look, Dr explained what she would do and then had a staff member (Joyce) inform me on what the charges would be. Melanie and Kitty work like a fine machine! They took very good care of me, and always making sure I was OK or maybe needed a break before each technique. Will follow-up with an appt to have my teeth cleaned. In the near future.
