"Feb 15 3pm This was awful the receptionist spoke to me so harsh and rude, it drew tears. When tears fell she got meaner. It makes no sense they will demand they are to busy and im the third person their waiting till 4:40 with noone else coming in. Jan 5 im just needing my meds 7:30 walk in couldn't see me then either to busy needed to do blood work first but never made the order for the hospital to do the lab what has to happen is a new Doctor just sad I liked him but being nice doesn't last. I have all my grown children seeing him im 53 having to find another. What a mistake!!! Dr Valls an receptionist made today so so sad I'm still crying"
"My experience was horrible. Keisha Noel would not prescribe me my correct medication just because my exhusband intervened and tried to ruin my life. Circumstances beyond my control. Horrible physician that did not provide my needs! I’m very unsatisfied with her ability as a physician."
"Receptionist was very unfriendly , called to check the schedule and received lots of attitude . Definitely not a person I would like to speak to again."
"Worst experience ever and worst psychiatrist I ever seen. Didn't care one bit about his patient. Cut out after minute and needs his license revoked."
"I keep having to call to get my mother in law prescriptions filled with the nurse but they never pick up the phone. I left a dozen voicemails and still no return calls. What a terrible place to go and seek medical help. If there was a zero, that’s what I would rate them. The only people that are nice are the people in pharmacy.Who do I need to contact to file a complaint on them."
