"(Before they try to say they have no record of me, I use my maiden name on this Google profile. I see they do that but a lot of people use different names don’t they) So, I went here to get dentures. Upon getting them I asked the dentist VERY clearly how long could I wait to return to have them adjusted and not just a minor adjustment. I clearly stated that I wanted to have the teeth repositioned which would require them to be removed and repositioned to my liking as well as having them reshaped to my mouth . I was absolutely clear that this is what I was wanting to have done at some point. I remember saying, after clarifying what I wanted done and asking how long I had to get those things done and him saying “Whenever” but I needed him to be more clear so I asked again “…how long? One year? Two years?” and he stated that there was NO time limit, on God! On my children! He said this. Now I see clearly why he said this,(and this all just my opinion) after all, what’s a mid thirties(looks 25) woman who had to get full top and bottom dentures and had to get help paying for them gonna do? See what I’m getting at?? So in telling me I had all this time to have them fixed the way I was told I could, I would probably wait past the actual time I had which was actually a year, and that would save them from having to basically redo them at all and waste their time and money on someone like me. When I did go back, which was well after a year had passed, because those who’ve dealt with dentures know that your bones and gum line recede a lot that first year. I waited until the receding had slowed down to have them readjusted, after all, I was trying not to keep going in and bothering them to do this and that. So when I did go in they told me that all they could do was shave them down with the dremel a little bit here and there. So now I’m a 30 something yr old, once youthful looking and fairly attractive woman, with dentures that fall out of my mouth, especially during intimacy. I’ve tried literally EVERYTHING and, especially the bottom ones, just won’t stay in and now they want to charge me close to $1000 EACH to have them fixed. But i’m just a poor “druggie” (in their minds) who can’t afford to do a darn thing about it. This has affected my life and my self-esteem so negatively and caused me serious depression a lot of the time, not to mention, I can’t even eat or have intimacy like a normal person. This negative review is all I can do, so I guess I’ll do what little I can to warn others about how this place treats those who are less well off and unable to SUE. Be warned! Response (11/2/23): I love how they completely skirt the issue here. The issue is that I was BOLD FACED LIED TO and for WHAT!!?? So that these CROOKS(as I see them) wouldn’t have to do any more major work on my dentures. WHY didn’t the dentist just be honest and say “You have ONE YEAR to have the work done” that we were standing there, discussing in that very same moment!!?? Notice how they totally avoid and don’t even attempt to defend the fact that they LIED!? What’s that show everyone?? That they can’t defend themselves, because they’re liars perhaps?? Exactly! You guys reviews aren’t looking so good. In fact, you don’t look so good here at all. Don’t be so foolish to think that bad business practices and subsequent honest reviews aren’t gonna catch up with y’all and cause your business to suffer. But I’m sure it already is suffering and I will 100% do my part in spreading the word about this so-called dental practice in the hopes that they suffer financial losses. Their deception and failure to do as they said they would has had extreme and traumatic effects on my life and will continue to have these negative affects on my self esteem, my romantic and platonic relationships as well as my health because of my inability to adequately chew and process food. This has also affected my throats ability to swallow food regularly.Worst of all I suffer greatly with the worsening affects all of this has had on my depression and anxiety. All of this is just my opinion"

These folks still helped me and understood and were very kind to me…they got me taken care of and out of pain very quickly and told me they understood. They were very kind and professional in my being a jerk…thank you Very much to Dr Terry and his team. They are really great!"

"Went there for years under Dr. Fontenot with no problems. Dr. Terry took over and makes patients point to their teeth for extractions. Pulled out the wrong tooth and got away with it. Never going back! Not that it'll ever matter to y'all, but you lost 2 loyal, long time patients!!!"
