"Got me in for a visit in fast time. Offered payment plans. Most important they are really good people. All of the staff from the receptionist, to the assistants to the Dr's are all very informative in letting you know what's wrong explaining and giving solutions on fixing the problems to your needs. Didn't feel pushed to do one thing or another. The woman who works there named Special was very nice and explained who I was seeing next, explained everything in between Dr's and make me feel comfortable in my decision to be confident aspen will take care of my needs. "Hi my Husband Kerry MOORE had an appt for today at 4:30 pm 11/20/2023 upon arriving at the facility at 3pm got their a lil bit early was told no appt was scheduled for today and that we would have to reschedule which the worker did for 12/21/2023 which he is so upset cause we come from out of town to go to the visit and to get their and she say she doesn’t have anything in the system for him is so disappointing .Could someone tell me how could this happen ? Management can you please explain this to me ?"
