"I have been trying for months to get a tooth pulled, but due to my insurance and long waiting lists, it was nearly impossible. My toothache had now turned into an abscess. I called to make an appointment and seen the next morning. For the first time ever at an appointment, I was seen right on time. The dental assistant was very knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic towards the pain I was in. Dr Smith walked in, and he was full of energy and extremely nice! I was nervous about getting the tooth pulled, because previous dentist said It was going to require surgery, and one wouldn't even touch it due to the swelling. But Dr Smith got right on it there and pulled it in less than 10 mins! What I loved most was the friendliness! He talked with me from the beginning to the end. I was out of there in an hour! I just want to thank both the dentist and and the dental assistant for being so awesome!!"

"Would have given no stars but not an option. Went in early in the morning with a bad set of dentures went out traumatized. They used the bad set of dentures to cast the mold for new dentures. I went to fix the old ones not get the same dentures!!!!! They didn't fit in the first place. After they made the cast they sent me home and told me to come back in the afternoon to pick them up. Went back in the afternoon and brought my 10 year old daughter with me. They called me to the back and had me try on the new hockey pucks they made for me. They didn't fit in my mouth, they fell when I opened my mouth. I asked the (very rude and ignorant attendant) why they were falling out of my mouth? She said my mouth would form around it eventually. That would have taken a year to happen. I advised I would not take possession of something that didn't fit. She became angry and said she would call another tech to explain it to me. The next attendant came and tried to give me the same explanation of why they didn't fit. I again told them they didn't fit and I refused to take them. So the angry attendant said we will fix this. She put the plastic (the pink plastic that is the dentures) inside the bad dentures they just made and shoved the top and bottoms into my mouth. The whole time they are telling me I should be happy because I got expensive teeth in this set of dentures. When they felt like it was time to get the dentures out, they proceed to take them out. We'll this is where the trama started. They were stuck in my mouth, fussed with my gums. They proceeded to stick their nails into my gums in an attempt to yank the dentures out. I'm screaming at the top of my lungs, my 10 year old daughter is crying and they continue scratching my gums to get the dentures out of my mouth. At some point they usher my unsupervised child into the waiting room by herself. I never leave my child alone, so now she is really freaking out. I'm still screaming 20 minutes later, when one of my tortures decided to get the doctor involved. He comes in and tells me to stop being so dramatic. He then attempts to take the dentures out himself. I am crying uncontrollably and in severe pain. He finally decided to spray a numbing spray into my mouth. He jabs my gums with a hard plastic tube several times and then pulled the top plate out. They then proceed to tell me that I can take the dentures home the next day. I told them I was done and went to my car and cried for about a half an hour. My daughter cried with me, but kept telling me it was ok. They called me the next day to come pick up the hockey pucks. I told them I refused to take anything from them and that I spoke with my insurance company. My insurance company refused to pay them for anything and gave them a bad review in their system. I pray that no one has to go through this type of hell. Please look around for other places. My sister also went to affordable dentures in New Orleans and she refused to take her dentures either because they were cheaply made. The staff was rude and they didn't give her what she paid for the dentures didn't fit."

"The staff is rude, they refused to fix my partial. It cuts my lower lip, it moves constantly even with denture adhesive. I have been trying for the past 2 years to get a refund for a second set I paid for but I refuse to go back to get then made. They refuse to give my refund."

"HORRIBLE,ABOUT A YEAR OR SO AGO I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT, MY DAUGHTERS SURPRISED ME FOR MOTHERS DAY TO HAVE MY TOP TEETH PULLED & FITTED, WELL WHEN MY DAUGHTER CALLED TO MAKE MY APPOINTMENT AND PRICES ,WELL, I SPENT ALL DAY THERE, FIRST OFF THEY TOOK IT FOR GRANTED I WAS HAVING TOP & BOTTOM DONE, DIDN, T EVEN BOTHER TO ASK ME, WHEN I TOLD THE LADY FOUND OUT I WAS DOING THE TOP THE TUDE STARTED, SHE WAS RUDE, THEN PULLING THE TEETH ,O.M.G. I WAS SO SICK RAN HIGH FEVER, HAD TO GO BACK 4 TIMES BECAUSE OF BONES LEFT IN MY GUMS,,I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL!!!!!! THEY DID TO ME .BUT I AM STILL HAVE SOME DRAINAGE FROM MY GUM, I CHOKE ON BUGGERS THAT COME UP MY THROAT, WAKE UP EVERY MORNING, I KNOW THIS PLACE MESSEDUP MY SINUS AREA, THEN THEY DID NOT HONOR THE PRICE WE WERE QUOTED,, EVEN AFTER I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HONOR THE PRICE, THEY REDID MY BILL AND KEEP THE EXTRA 700.00 THAT SHOULD HAVE CAME BACK TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!"
