"My name is Cornell. I started coming to Affordable Dentures and Implants in November of 2021. I had all of my teeth pulled on the top and had implants put in and got a partial for the bottom. They made a permanent partial for my bottom and it was missing a tooth. Then they gave me the wrong one. There were times when they had me come in for nothing. They could have at least called and rescheduled appointments if they didn’t have the teeth or workers in the office instead of having me wait hours for nothing. I am a disabled veteran. I still don’t have my permanent teeth yet. They keep giving me the run around. They keep having me come in to do impressions over and over. There were times when they had me come in and wait hours only to tell me that my teeth weren’t in or they don’t have anyone to work on me. Today was the last straw. I was supposed to be getting my permanent teeth this time (so they say). After waiting for over two hours they come and tell me that the teeth aren’t in. Then they have the nerve to tell me to keep calling them to find out if they came in. This isn’t how you treat a customer that paid almost $12,000 in cash. It’s not like they are waiting on an insurance payment or something. This place is not ran right. The original dentist I saw that did the work, I haven’t seen since. I don’t know what happened to her.. The people at this location are very unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the state as well. If I could give it zero stars I would."

"It was very humbly for me due to the fact I don't like dentists but I feel like they will get me the results that I hope for... My teeth are horrible & they need to be fixed... I've heard nothing but great things about Affordable Dentures so I feel I made the right choice... I just hope they have a payment plan because it would really help out with expenses... I'm ready to have my surgery so I can show off my beautiful smile..."
