My wife searched for a car repair shop near my place of work and found Bass Automotive. I'm glad she did! The folks who work there are some of the friendliest and most helpful you will find in Baton Rouge. Not only did they fix my car but provided me a ride to my job. This was a courtesy they didn't have to do but offered because they're just those kinds of people. Warm, friendly and actually care about their customers. I can't recommend Bass Automotive enough! "Called at 8am an hour after they opened try to schedule a time to get my car dropped off polite lady said will call me back with time to drop car off. I called again at 1145am same polite lady answered phone said she will call me back after lunch for a time and day to drop off car it is now 221pm still no call back. I'm thinking these 5star reviews are probably from employees who work there or are friends of employees who work there. Oh well I heard they were good guess I'll never know."
"Super good people. I was having issues with my truck a/c. No shops around were able to get me in for a couple of days. Luckily the sweet lady at the dealership referred me to Bass automotive. They were waiting on me when I arrived. They treated me EXCELLENT! There are still great people in this world. I can’t thank the folks over at Bass enough.
