"First and foremost, the staff is extremely kind, especially Antoinette, the location was close and there was hardly any wait time. Last year, I visited this facility for the first time. The dentist was also in my insurances' network. I do believe that there are "visiting" dentists because I've had a different one for each procedure. That being said, there were a few drawbacks. After completing my intake online, I went into the office for my visit, where I was repeatedly told by the male dentist, "you were right, your teeth are a mess, but don't worry, we're going to get you taken care of". Although the tone was kind, I don't believe that this was necessary. Having imperfect teeth is embarrassing enough. After the exam, I received my treatment plan and proceeded to have 4 teeth removed (I experienced dry socket pain afterwards, but it was remedied by a partner office). Fast forward to January 5th. I made an appointment for an extraction, due to severe pain, assuming that it could be done the same day, because I called prior to check. I received an xray, saw the dentist (Dr. Jacobi, very kind) and was told that I would have to see a surgeon. The appointment was scheduled for January 22nd. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic and pain reliever (32 pills to be taken every 8 hours). I waited hours for the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy (after calling to check). On January 15th, I requested another pain prescription to last until surgery date, but was denied and told that I could take over the counter pain reliever instead-no big deal, just stressful. For procedures, the office requires a deposit, generally half of the procedure cost, or so I thought. I witnessed another patient being told their amount, and that they could bring the total to their next appointment if need be. It was no problem, but I simply didn't know this was an option. I received treatment (molar extraction) on the 22nd. The visiting surgeon was so kind and attentive and so were the assistants. No issues whatsoever. If you are seeking a facility where walk-ins are welcome, the staff is kind and quality work is performed, this is your place. I do believe that some could use a lesson in bedside manners, taking into account the sensitivities of their patients."

"The dentist is not a place most people look forward to, including myself. But this office's professionalism, cleanliness, their modern equipment, and overall efficient process has made me happy that this is now MY dentist office :) I moved to the area last year and finally got around to picking a dental office. Setting up my dental cleaning appointment online was easy. I received 2-3 phone calls and texts reminding me of my upcoming appointment. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant, welcoming, and clear. Garrison (I believe was his name!) Did my x-rays. He was very easy to talk to and explained the process as we went. Dr. Jacobi was also so kind and informative, and I felt very comfortable in her care. While everyone at this point in my office visit has been great, the absolute gem at the Millerville Dental Group is Melissa! Her energy is so warm and puts you at ease. Not only that, she is THOROUGH! I don't think my teeth have ever felt this good. Thank you Melissa for being you, never change!"

"Dr. Toler and his staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They do an amazing job breaking down pricing, what’s happening/expected and ways to improve. Very informative so you won’t be confused about anything that’s going on. They ask and really listen to your concerns as a patient, and that’s a great thing in my book. My visit today was great!! I’m excited to plan for the removal of my wisdom teeth and deep cleaning with them!! C.D"

"I love my oral surgeon and the staff as well. They made me feel welcome, I was comfortable. I told them about my fear of the dentist and they put all those fears at ease. I appreciate the fast service and care I received. Oral surgery was not bad at all and the cherry on top was my surgeon called me personally and asked how I was doing a few hours lady. THE BEST."
