"He was the only oral surgeon who would take my insurance but the office staff was rude and would not give me any information until they received the referral. I felt so bad after asking for other referrals be sent already I was just trying to call everyone. Once they finally got my referral they gave me an appointment. The dental student at the time who saw us first was nice but had obviously never worked with children or seen what she had before. Dr. Zaid was so amazingly nice and knowledgeable when he came in after the student and he wanted to do my 3 year olds surgery at OLOL children’s hospital and was so fast and precise there and again great bedside manner answering all my tons of questions and not rushing me."
