"I enjoyed my first time vist with Dr. Mason..His bed side manner of connecting to his patients were very comforting to me. His years in his profession was comforting to me to know that I would receive excellent service....however for those of you are familiar with your wellness visit my intent is to get a general cleaning with a plan in place to return for future visits....I received a plan for future visits nevertheless I walk away with insufficient cleaning to my teeth which resulted in visible plaque on the bottom inside of my teeth performed by the dental hygienist .. she was not licensed to clean....... I pay for a dental plan and I expect my service to be representative of what my insurance will pay to facility for teething cleaning ....I sat in the waiting room to talk to Dr. Mason and would told that he would speak to me....I got up an left after waiting for approximately 20 minutes without speaking to Dr. Mason"
