"I visited this establishment yesterday when my van overheated and I discovered a hole in my heater hose. Mr. Bill is such a nice, hardworking gentleman. He's the type of person that this country was built on. He had his walker and was still working! I told him about my van- that it was used to take my dad back and forth to Dr appts. He has stage 4 colon cancer. I was scheduled to pick my dad up from Houston the following morning. Mr. Bill had my vehicle ready to go within an hour. A very upstanding gentleman."

"I have been using Hammock's for my 2001 Ford F-150 Lariat 4x4 since I bought it in 2012. They are very good about giving me an estimate and staying within that amount. If for some reason the price is going to be higher they will call me and explain why BEFORE they do the work - NO surprises! That's one of the things I like best! I also like the service. Everyone I've dealt with has been courteous and they don't mind explaining things to someone who is not mechanically inclined. And when I leave, my truck is always running like a champ and I am pleased with the work done and the price I paid for it, PLUS their warranty gives me peace of mind. I used to use another local shop for my Jeep and my Tahoe, but the owner retired and someone else has it now. I haven't actually used them to work on my truck, but their bids have been higher than Hammock's whenever I've called. They may be great but why change when I have a sure thing already?"

"Brought my car in 1 month and a half ago and they replaced water pump and thermostat housing because my motor kept trying to overheat & they said its because those two parts were leaking.. Just now got my car outta there again for the same thing happening and got charged ANOTHER $500 for them to replace another part that was supposedly leaking.. Never Again! Ridiculous! P.s. - my engine light is still on....."
