"I called them out on 1/8/2023 to look at a water leak in my master bedroom around my washer and dryer area. I told them I narrowed it down to the piping system leak. He said the washer and dryer had to be pulled out to inspect. The tech was with his wife so I helped him move the washer and dryer out so he could have a look. After a few minutes he told me that he did not see any water leaking from the piping system and thought it could be a roof leak. He then went outside and climbed a ladder and said there were some screw heads showing and I needed to have my roof resealed. I told him I need it done soon and he told me that he could get to it by Friday 1/12/23 before he went on vacation. It took them a couple of days to get me the quote and I told his wife I was good with the quote as long as that would fix my water leak. I then asked her if they were going to do it on Friday and she told me that now they are booked and they would call me when they got back in town. I still haven't heard from them... $212.50 to come out and look at my issue is a little heard to swallow since I had to hire someone else to come out and within 15 minutes they found where the water leak was. It was in the water piping that I told them was leaking at the very start of this journey."

"Had a problem with our 5th wheel while traveling for Beloxi to Corpus Christi. First choice team came to our campground on Friday evening and removed the broken underbelly covering and secured all the electrical,water and brake lines underneath so we could continue our journey the next day. "I had an electrical issue on my maiden voyage home after purchasing my Monaco Camelot. I lost all power in the house at a rest area. I spent the night in a motel and called First Choice Mobile that night. It was a Saturday night and I was met with the most reassuring team member (wife) who worked hard to get me on a meet up with Robert, a certified RV expert (and owner) the following morning.
