Never called to tell me what they found wrong with it and to tell me what it would cost to repair it. They just took it upon themselves to repair and charge me without asking. Poor customer service."

"Update. .. Now going on 15 years and still no refund or back ordered part! But yet a still cashed check for the part ordered and no refund issued! Original: Ordered a part from them years ago that was on back order for a tiller. They cashed my check but never recieved the part after multiple times of checking. Also rented a snake from them to clean out my dad's pipes at home. The snake did not have a head on it. Anyone who knows anything about plumbing knows you cannot properly clean out the pipes with a snake without the head. Took the equipment back and asked for a refund. They refused to issue a refund for faulty equipment. This business is ran by thieves and liars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!"
