"Sat for 8 hrs on hard chair while they dinked around my truck. Did P/M to eval check engine light. I thought might be oil. After asking a few times how doing, they said "let me check". Did not tell me how doing and when done. Did this twice. I had to call my work to find out what was taking so long. Miss communication between both, and me waiting so long. They said would call me when done. THEY NEVER DID!! And they had my number. Had to go in to ask if done. They checked me out, took me to truck after saying done, and pieces laying on ground around truck. Had bigger issues of not starting right, then not starting at all!! Slept with no air that night due to not starting and staying on to run cabin air. They got me started in am and I took to International truck dealer 20 miles away. "O" RING!!! THEY DID NOT PUT IN WITH FUEL/WATER SEPERATOR FILTER. I know this might be an easy mistake, but I need my truck fixed and after sitting all day, well, that was uncalled for. Extremely unhappy with this location and treatment."
