"Rude and unprofessional. I just moved to Louisiana and need to have the exhaust redone in my truck. I told them I have no knowledge or experience in that area and a shop told me I had a catalytic converter code. I wanted to know if I could take that out and do a flowmaster (again, no knowledge of this area of work and assuming the flow master would be a full replacement of everything). He answered me with a threatening tone of jail time and federal fines. It was unprofessional and unnecessary to have that response. You can tell me why it's not possible for the shop to do and suggest solutions, don't be rude and disrespectful because of my ignorance on the topic."
