"I do not recommend this tow service! This tow company was very ugly to both me and my husband! After taking all insurance and personal information and going to get our vehicle and over half way to the destination, calls and claims that they spoke to my insurance company and my insurance company told them to collect money from me and while relaying this message to me he then said he would tell his driver to not unload the truck until payment was made! Now at no point did I say I wouldn't pay, but I also called my insurance company and they said they did not tell them to collect the money from us, they did tell them that they would submit a receipt for payment and would be paid! Decker just didn't wanna wait for the money, which had we been told this up-front we would have called someone else! I've never had this problem and my insurance has never not paid! Rude, unprofessional and I will not ever recommend or use again!"
