"I would give negative stars if possible. Made reservation a month ahead of time to pick up at 8 a.m. Get there and they have no cars to rent. The only offer was to go home and wait for them to call if a car were to get turned in later in the day. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WRECKED MY PRE PAID PLANS IN WHOLE. will NEVER do business with them in the future !"

"I wouldn’t give this any stars if possible. Absolutely the worst customer service. They were supposed to be open but was closed when I arrived. Called customer service and they confirmed it was supposed to be open .. I never got a call from the manager Jaylen . I found his number left a message and he still never called me back. The rude employee Brandon or brylen was mad I interrupted his lunch came out of the back of the building to tell me they called the day before to tell me they didn’t have a car for me. I asked about the 5 cars that was there he said I couldn’t rent those. I asked if he could help me find a car at a different location he simply said no I can’t help you. At this point I was furious.. he needs to be fired. Later I listened to the voicemail they left the previous day. It was a woman saying they didn’t have the size I wanted but we could look at other options.. never did she say they didn’t have a car for me. I will never rent from this company ever nor will I allow anyone in the town of deridder that I know rent there either. The area manager and the employee needs to be fired. I can’t believe enterprise allows people like this to work for them"

When looking online I saw multiple other cars that were available but he refused to let me rent another car with no explanation other than they weren’t ready. The boy Brandon assisting was little to no help and extremely rude. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!"
