"I would have given a 0 if available. I called and a woman by the name of Erica answered the phone and I have to say she’s the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life experience. She acted like she hated her job and being helpful. My truck got stolen and they discarded my license plate and all my personal information ,including my registration but she insisted I had to have insurance, registration and ID. I called lake Charles and they stated all that was needed was insurance and ID. I would really like to file a complaint as soon as I can get to the correct person that can take action against this person."
"Just experienced the most POSITIVE visit I have ever had in my life at a DMV! The employee was aware of everyone waiting, polite, and time efficient. I know everyone has different experiences, but I truly just had a 5 star experience at the DeQuincy OMV!"
"If you have a chance to use this OMV DON'T!!! 1 crabby old lady that will dream up any excuse to make you go get unnecessary paperwork that is not required by the state of Louisiana so she does not have to do anything and the other lady kept running off to do nothing. a horrible example of work ethics and a total waste of time ."
"Simply stated that I disagree with the employee; next thing I know the manager and employee both state they are contacting the police because I'm being "combative." I walked next door to notify the police myself. Unlike the unkind, unprofessional, public servants at the DMV, the police were wonderful, passionate, caring, and quickly obtained my information regarding the dispute and illegal threat of police action."
