"Dr. Patel and Mary Kate are very considerate and thoughtful to the patient. Dr Patel explained the procedure, as well as other options in clear terms that a lay person could understand. At the beginning of the procedure, Dr. Patel and Mary Kate made absolutely certain that my mouth was completely numb, so I would not feel anything! During the procedure, they asked if I was doing ok, and gave me breaks when needed. After the procedure, Dr. Patel gave clear instructions, and asked if I had any questions. My experience with Southern Oaks dental was a very positive one. I highly recommend them. Their office staff is equally considerate."
