"Mr. Curt came out to us during our vacation and helped my husband get our a/c back running. He was prompt and very professional. He taught my husband everything he needed to know just in case we ever had this problem again. I recommend him for any needs you may need on your camper. Thank you again for being available so quickly. Amazing work!"
"Omg call Curtis!! He’s the absolute best. He just helped us out of a big bind. Will only be calling him for camper repair from now on!"
"Curtis frame is the real deal he doesn't even own this shop on Milam it has him listed as having a shop if he gets irritated it's because he gets calls all day from people that want to bring there rv to his so called shop he doesn't have a shop he is only a mobile service he has tried to explain this and it doesn't register with most people there's a review from a Deborah cofty and she says abunch of lies people don't understand this man is a retired captain of the swat team and many many different positions in law enforcement he solved the James byrd murder one of the biggest hate crimes to happen in America so just think about that ... This man is one of God's soldiers!!"
"I called Curt out to repair the A/C on my travel trailer. Turned out the thermostat was just mucked up. He went ahead and serviced/cleaned the unit on top of the trailer and also advised on products and procedures to use on the roof. It's an old unit and he did not have a new thermostat but he gave me a working, used thermostat he had on his truck in case mine does quit again. I can recommend him."
"I'm rattled just writing this review. I contacted Mr. Curtis for him to come look at my rv air conditioner and preform routine maintenance service. The rv and unit is only two years old. When asking him questions on the services and cost, he became very irritated, raising his voice to me on the phone. He tells me that he will charge a service fee, which is to be expected, and for the first hour, which is fine because a routine maintenance shouldn't take longer than an hour. He continuously stressed the fact that those fees could change depending on the additional time and parts needed to complete the job. When I pressed him on what type of circumstances could arise that would take longer than an hour and need parts, he wouldn't answer me. He goes on to tell me he's been in this business for six years... My brother was appalled by his bedside manner and says that there isn't anything wrong with the unit (I had Mr. Curtis on speaker phone) Mr. Curtis procedes to curse at my brother and tell him that if he knows what he's doing and has been trained, he can get a "damned" screwdriver, pop the top, and do the work himself. I just hung up at that point. That phone call made me feel so helpless and horrible at the way he attacked my concerns and questions. All I wanted was a technician to preform routine maintenance services on my rv ac. I'm so shocked. Who is this man!?"
