"I can not believe this man is a dentist. At my first appointment they ripped out my permanent retainer and blamed it on me. Then I had to get fillings. They put numbing gel on my gums then left for 40 minutes. My mouth wasn’t numb at all anymore. He pulls out the shot and I asked for one second to prepare myself since I get nervous. He got mad took his gloves off then loudly talked about me in the hall. He comes back and says “are you going to let my operate on you?” Since I’m confused I look at my grandma and he says “no don’t look at her look at me, I understand you have anxiety but you need to grow up I mean you are 17 this isn’t open heart surgery” oh!!!! I wasn’t aware you paid for my therapy and medication that I take to calm my nerves!! When I walked out of the building, because why would I let a man talk to me like that then put his fingers in my mouth, they had NO PATIENTS I wasn’t holding anything up if anything he was holding me up by making me wait 40 minutes with cotton swabs in my mouth. DO NOT GO HERE. It’s been 3 weeks since that has happened and I just received a bill for behavior management, a service provided by him… so professional having beef with a 17 year old!!! Please retire we do not need your dental services in your city."

"Had another wonderful visit! The girls up front did everything possible to make sure I got everything I needed. This visit was for a cleaning and checkup. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Everyone here is so nice!"

"I am proud to say I was so pleased with our visit that I just had to leave a review. I took my infant son here today for his first dental visit. Let me first say the receptionist was super friendly even over the phone days before we actually got there. She was courteous enough to call and notify me the day before that they were up and running after the weather displacement. The paperwork was readily available for us to fill out and no time was wasted. Most clinics just give you a sheet and expect you to sign for receiving the privacy practices and disclosure agreement without actually ever giving it unless you ask. Here it was presented without having to ask for it and preserved in nice clean clear laminate, so that was a plus+. There were toys for him to play with and keep busy and the office was clean and created a pleasant environment. Dr. Williamson and his assistant were very kid-friendly and made him comfortable. Because of such a great experience today and the welcoming treatment we received he will be my sons new dentist and we look forward to coming back. Hats off to this team for a job well done!"
