Center Glass

"My husband and I were told to be at Center Glass today (2/2/24) after 1pm to repair a chip in my windshield. My husband brought my car up there and they told him they couldn't work on it today. I understand that things happen, but they could have had the decency to call us beforehand so that we weren't wasting gas on a trip to Center."

"Make sure to take pics of your vehicle before taking it up there. I had the rear glass replaced and when I picked up my truck there were trim pieces missing that were there before dropping it off. When I called the lady up front, Lucy, who has been rude the entire experience, said that she had pics of it not being there prior to the repair. She said that she took pics before they moved it into the shop. The pics she sent me were clearly while they were working on it IN THE SHOP!! She insisted that they must of blown off before. My truck is brand new, so please tell me how they were there and then they just weren't or how they just "blew off"? Will never get my service again and I will spread the word!!!"
