"12/1/23 Friday we went in to Vidor Dental for the first time for my 8 yo son with a tooth ache. Dr. Pooja and her assistant Loriell had the best hospitality. They showed me that bad tooth that was abscessed and removed it. It looked bad so I thought it was the same my son had shown me with the tooth ache. Well it wasn't the right one. We had to go back today 12/7/23, they wave the appointment fee since this is what we came for last week and when they realized they needed to actually take care of two teeth that were causing the pain she gave us a discount to make up for not treating it last time. It's almost Christmas and forking out all this money on his teeth is NOT what we had planned so we were so so grateful. Even after paying when she realized she had to change the plans she didn't charge extra. Incredibly grateful for the GREAT care and generous spirit. The second appointment was much more traumatic than the first though, so maybe it was a blessing we got the first one done with first cause im not sure my son would want to go back after dealing with the aching tooth!"
