"Horrible. One guy sat in the office and never did anything to help. He looked like he just woke up the one time he came out. Only one other employee was working and it took him over 45 minutes to change my oil. Completely unacceptable. Will not be there again."

"Oil filter was faulty and my cars engine was damaged from loss of oil. The engine warning light showed up and I drove to the Dodge dealership the next day. The found a loose oil filter and that the oil had all leaked out. Talking to Ray Adams at this San Augustine location, I was told that the incorrect filter was used for the 10,000 mile full synthetic oil change I had paid for. He also stated that at the time of the oil change the employee and manager had been fired for mistakes such as this. I was contacted by the district manager and he forwarded my information to Grease Monkey insurance, Intrepid. Brianna from Intrepid, told me my claim was being denied due the mileage being close to 7,000 miles and they only warrantee 3 months or 3,000 miles. How can it be legal for Grease Monkey employees to upsell customers to a 10,000 mile oil change when they don't stand behind that limit. On top of them using the incorrect oil filter on my car, they may have used the wrong oil as well. WARNING: If going to Grease Monkey, only pay for a 3,000 mile oil change. BETTER IDEA: Go to the dealer or do it yourself because Grease Monkey can't be trusted."
