"I was told that my 2015 Ram 1500 Bighorn truck radio needed a up date for my new I-Phone 15 to work. So I took it in for them to up date my radio at 8:30 AM on 08/26/23 went back to get it at 10:30 AM and they told me that the up date would not work that I needed a new radio for it to work. The bills was $140. I wouldn’t paid it because I was told that it needed a up date and it didn’t work. The lady call the service manager and he told me that he could mark it down to $76 so he could paid the man that did the work on it. The manager was super nice but I still think that I could’ve to paid anything for something that I was told would work and it didn’t. My radio work perfect. "Very disappointed in the unprofessional service department. From the service manager in title only, Jeremy, down to the low self esteem tech, Lars, this group will fail to solve problems which requires some effort. They don't know how to properly or accurately fill out a work order which coveys a customers scope of work request. They also do not care if they waste one's time. In order to be fair, I should add they did refund my payment for work not requested. I did not ask for a refund. I only wanted and electrical problem fixed. They told me to take a hike."
